Editorial Policy

Our purpose

Apike Celelim publishes content that supports emotional well-being, self-reflection, and personal growth. We are an educational and inspirational resource — not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical service.

Content principles

  • Every article serves one of our four pillars: nervous system regulation, shadow work, micro self-care, or mindful living.
  • We use exploratory language — may help, some people find, consider — and avoid absolute claims.
  • We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
  • We cite sources for scientific or clinical concepts, linking to peer-reviewed research or respected institutional resources where available.

Sources and citations

When we reference clinical concepts such as polyvagal theory, somatic practices, or nervous system regulation, we link to primary research, public-health guidance, or reputable institutional resources where available. We distinguish between established evidence, emerging theory, and personal reflection. A source list does not turn an article into clinical advice.

How articles are made

Articles begin with a reader question, not a keyword target. We research the topic, write a practical draft, check factual and health-related language against the cited sources, then review it for clarity, links, and appropriate limits. We may use editorial tools to support drafting and editing; every published article receives human editorial review and remains the responsibility of Apike Celelim.

Corrections

If an error is identified in a published article, we correct it promptly and add a dated revision note at the bottom of that article when the change is substantive. Readers can report an editorial concern through our public feedback channel.
